This is Sectorvee'
The protagonist rides in her large, advanced space craft called "The Palace". She designs a droid to manage the many subfunctions of the palace and take a bit of the control pressure of of her head. Sectorvee is this droid, Its is designed to simulate an intelligent life form but is nothing but an EXTREMELY complicated program.
In her spare time, the protagonist Ejet, continues to program Sectorvee and make it even more life like.
Secorvee is completely androgynous in appearence and voice so it is more compatable to diplomacy with various creatures.
He/She/It has 5 of what looks like a classic alien antenna hanging from its crown. When Its far from the palace or in a place with bad reception it can extend them all upward and curved forward to form a dish with its head at the recieving point, inorder to boost signal dramatically.
